1. Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth return and refund process, we require you to make a video while unboxing your package. This video serves as proof of the condition of the product when it arrives and is necessary for us to proceed with any return or refund request.

• The video must show the packaging and the product.

• The video should be recorded immediately upon receiving the package and before you use or alter the product in any way.

• This video is essential for us to assess any damage or issues that may have occurred during shipping.

If you fail to provide the unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return or refund.

 

2. Non- Refundable Customisable Products

Customizable products such as personalized 3D prints, custom-colored candles, or silicone molds are non-refundable once an order is placed, due to their tailored nature. However, if there is an issue with your custom order—such as an error in the spelling of custom text or the wrong color being used—we will replace the item without any questions.

• How to Request a Replacement: If the customization error is on our part (spelling mistake, wrong color, etc.), please contact us immediately with details of the issue and we will arrange for a replacement.

Please double-check all customization details (like spelling, color choices, etc.) before confirming your order to avoid any mistakes.

3. Conditions for Returns
Please note the following conditions for a return or refund to be processed:

• Return Period: Returns or refund requests must be made within 2-3 days of receiving your product. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

• Unused Products: The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. We will not accept returns for products that have been used or altered.

• Customizable Products: As stated, customizable products (e.g., personalized 3D prints, custom candles) are non-refundable unless there is an error in the customization process. Please ensure all customization details are correct at the time of ordering.
